Terms of Service

By accessing and using DevBlox Hub ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Platform Content: The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevBlox Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (such as app submissions, reviews, and comments). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

Developer Apps: Developers retain ownership of their apps and intellectual property. By listing an app on DevBlox Hub, developers grant us license to distribute and promote the app through our Platform.

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's functionality
• Engaging in any activity that could harm other users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Copying, reverse engineering, or disassembling any part of the Platform

Developers submitting apps to the Platform agree to:

• Only submit apps you have the right to distribute
• Ensure apps comply with our content guidelines
• Provide accurate app descriptions, screenshots, and metadata
• Promptly update apps to fix bugs and security issues
• Handle user data in compliance with applicable laws
• Provide adequate customer support for your apps

DevBlox Hub reserves the right to reject or remove any app at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or our content policies.

App Purchases: When you purchase an app, you agree to pay the listed price. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Refunds: App purchases may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the app is defective or does not function as described. Contact us to request a refund.

Developer Subscriptions: Developer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The information on the Platform is accurate or reliable
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components

You use the Platform at your own risk. We are not responsible for any content or apps submitted by third parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVBL OX HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
